Provided with own cleaning supplies & equipment.

Responsible for keeping track of and recording your own hours / mileage.

Responsible for communicating with me about supplies that need to be restocked.

Completes a short trial period (paired cleans) before solo jobs.

Assigned regular clients after trust and quality are established.

Expected to maintain consistent standards independently.
