Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

Kat’s Cleanings offers residential cleaning services in North Vancouver and surrounding areas. Services may include regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and other custom cleaning packages.

Details of each service, including duration, cost, and specific tasks, will be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Bookings & Scheduling

  • All services must be booked in advance, either through our website, email, or phone.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse a service due to unsafe conditions, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Any changes to your booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept [cash, e-transfer, credit card – update as needed].

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees. 

 
4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged in full.

  • Refunds are only provided in the case of services not delivered as agreed, at our discretion.

 
5. Access to Property

You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the agreed service time. If we are unable to access the location, a cancellation fee may apply.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, which may include a re-clean of the affected areas.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Please secure pets, valuables, and personal items before our arrival.

  • Kat’s Cleanings is not responsible for damage to fragile or improperly secured items not disclosed in advance.

  • We do not clean hazardous materials or handle biohazards.

 
8. Liability

  • While we take great care in our work, Kat’s Cleanings is not liable for any pre-existing damage or wear to surfaces, furnishings, or finishes.

  • We are fully insured for liability and property damage; coverage details are available upon request.

 
9. Website Use

All content on https://katscleaning.ca/ is the property of Kat’s Cleanings and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
